11. Children's Privacy

jilig is an adult gaming platform. The minimum age to register and use jilig is 21 years old, in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. jilig does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilig discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, jilig will immediately close the associated account, delete the collected data to the extent permitted by applicable law, and retain only the minimum information required to prevent re-registration by the same individual.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of jilig's third-party service providers, including game content providers and technical infrastructure partners, may process data outside the Philippines.
